Waxing Facts

• We recommend not tanning 24 hours before or after hair removal. Tanning during this time can cause skin damage.
• One must have at least 7-10 days hair growth for the first treatment.
• The second treatment should be scheduled 3 ½ weeks after the first appointment.
• The third treatment should be at least 4 weeks from the second appointment.
• We recommend not consuming caffeine before your waxing appointment. Caffeine stimulates your nerve endings and may cause you discomfort.

• Hair growth will get sparser with time.
• Skin will not be as smooth after the first wax appointment.
• If you shave in between waxing appointments, you will basically start over the next appointment. 
• With waxing, hair grows back fine, not coarse as with shaving, this is because the hair is removed by the root.
